Flubendiamide is a diamides insecticide discovered by Nihon Nohyaku Co., Ltd. in 1998 and co-developed with Bayer in 2001, which acts on the ichonidine receptor of insects. The main market of flubendiamide is in South America. In 2016, the global sales of flubendiamide were 443 million USD. Since China banned its use on rice in 2016, the product has been in a tepid state. On November 29, 2019, the Chinese compound patent of flubendiamide expired.

 

 

 

Mandipropamid is a fungicide controlling oomycete diseases developed by Syngenta. Mandipropamid has a high activity in inhibiting the germination of spores. It also inhibits the growth of mycelium and the formation of spores, and is safe for crops, humans, wild animals and the environment. In 2016, its global sales were 120 million USD. The China patent for mandipropamid compound will expire in May 2021.

 

 

 

Metofluthrin is a pyrethroid insecticide with high volatility and excellent insecticidal activity developed by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. Metofluthrin is often developed as an electric mosquito repellent mat or mosquito repellent mat. The China patent of compound metofluthrin expired in February 2019.
